Wiki Moved and Trac Site Open

The HomePortals Wiki has been moved to the HomePortals Trac site. The previous CodeX-based wiki is no longer available. The reason for the move was to consolidate HomePortals resources, and provide a single place to deal with documentation (wiki), ticket/issue tracking and source code browsing.
